We can offer advice for the elderly, including:

• Advice on long term care fees and how these can be minimised.
• Court of Protection and Public Guardianship matters, including applications to be appointed as Deputy for someone else.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney for Property and Finances & Health and Welfare. This includes advice about how to make an LPA and how to register LPAs and Enduring Powers of Attorney at the Office of the Public Guardian.

We are happy to offer home or hospital visits when required (this may incur an additional charge).
